This Software is independently developed by Blue Genesis Informtation technology. The coins, diamonds and points used in the application are just virtual items, which do not have any actual value and are for in-game use only. As for the virtual items, our company DO NOT offer any forms of repurchase and WILL NOT accept any direct or indirect exchange request for value of any kind. We also DO NOT allow any offline trade, sell or transfer of virtual items. Such transactions, once verified, will result in permanent ban and deletion of the account. Any other software editions derived from this software without official authorization of Blue Genesis Informtation technology are ILLEGAL, and any download, installation or use of such illegal software will lead to risky uncertainties and will not be borne by Blue Genesis Informtation technology. We will charge users a certain amount of fee for participating in the game and the fee is set in accordance with the game levels.

No users shall infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets or any other intellectual properties of MilPoker, nor shall they violate other users' legal rights. The aforesaid infringement and violations include but are not limited to:

1. Any actions damaging fairness and justice of game, such as actively or passively obtaining scores or coins by improper means, dumping scores or coins, collusion, using plug-ins or other cheating software, profiteering from program bugs, or using the internet or other methods to spread the aforesaid plug-ins, cheating software and program bugs.

2. Any Commercial ads or sales activities, or any actions damaging MilPoker's interest, such as selling plug-ins, coins or other items.

3. Posting, forwarding or distribution of abusive, cursing, slandering, aggressive allegations against MilPoker or of repulsive phrases implying superstition, obscenity, pornography, terror, violence, murder, gambling or use of image, nicknames or usernames containing the aforesaid elements.

MilPoker reserves the right to adopt technical and/or legal measures to prevent users from engaging in the above-mentioned behaviors; and if users violate the above three rules, MilPoker reserves the right to impose the following punishments:

1. Suspend account so that the users cannot log in MilPoker.

2. Permanently delete the coins and other items improperly obtained or return them back to the original users who have obtained through proper means.

3. Permanently delete or cancel all scores, points, levels improperly obtained

4. Permanently and irrevocably delete account and all application data under the account.

5. Permanently prohibit users from logging in to the application, including but not limited to mobile phone numbers.The aforesaid penalties can be replaced with penalties separately imposed, if any, by MilPoker.
